And wouldn't you know it Hera decided to change nest boxes. She now resides in the north ledge box. That meant that the web camera team had to scramble and switch camera set ups. Unfortunately, she did not choose the nest box with the overhead camera. That would have been interesting to watch. Oh well, maybe next year.
There are three eggs as of Mon. April 5.
What is the white covering we see from Camera 1 at night?

Hera laid her second egg this weekend.

Think the camera repairs right before laying scared Zeus and Hera into using the other nest. Maybe the next batch of repairs can be done this fall or next February.
Also - there is something large and white showing up in the evening pictures of the north nest. I've figured out that its the reflection of a drop cloth or tarp in the office, behind the camera. Can you confirm this is right. The folks at the Cleveland Falcon forum - http://www.falconcam-cmnh.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?48589 - are very concerned about the Omaha birds.

I think that both Hera and Zeus like the view from the north side more than the east side. I also thought I heard Zeus tell Hera not to get into another argument this spring.

Is it not appropriate that Hera pulled the perfect switch on April Fool's day?

Actually, the first egg came 3-31. I looked around 2:30 pm (Central time) and the egg was there. I have a screen shot of the camera view.
